September was a blur

With school and everything, we didn't do much fundraising in September, but we'll be back at it this month. We held a three on three basketball tournament at the Greenbrae Property Association BBQ in late September, but it wasn't to raise money, we were just trying to raise awareness.

We're hoping to have a car wash this month and my mom is just trying to find a place to hold it. Everyday at school we get kids asking us how they can help. It's so cool.

I think we're at $1500 so far. Woo hoo!

We had a great Lemonade stand today

We had a great lemonade stand today. We sold cookies, brownies and rice crispies squares. One guy even bought 20 cookies. Whoo hoo!

Just went down to the park and took a few photos of what the hoops look like now. This is our "before" photos. Can't wait to see them when they're fixed!

Ever heard of the Greenbrae School Park? Well if you have or haven’t it doesn’t matter. It's just off Eliseo on a little street called Parkside. I love this park. Why, why? It's looming trees shadow the sun from your view so it doesn’t get uncomfortably warm, it’s peaceful and my brother and I always play baseball amd basketball there - all the time. Since we live on a hill we usually go down to the park to play. I’m a huge basketball fan. My Dad and I like to watch the Warriors and my Dad was the coach of my basketball team. I usually go down to the park to play basketball.  I’m not going to lie, the hoops aren’t the greatest. So I asked my Mom if I could start a fundraiser to “Save The Hoops”. It may not be easy but my mom always says  “What ever you set your mind to, you can achieve.” So come on, help us Save The Hoops of the Greenbrae School Park!
